Nursery Room Leader Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading a room of children and staff, ensuring they are performing to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a room of children and staff, ensuring they are performing to the highest standards.
  • Act as a keyworker, ensuring every individual child's needs are met.
  • Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Follow and adhere to nursery and company policies.
  • Develop strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a room in a nursery setting.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip, or NVQ level 3 or SVQ.
  • A passion for developing a nursery and supporting the growth and development of children.
