About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at Butlin's. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the pool area at busy times to ensure guest safety
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Run poolside activities and create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Work alongside a great team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all

About You:

  • You will need to be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail
  • You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You will need to be flexible and reliable, with a strong commitment to punctuality
