Job Title: HR Director

Austin Fraser seeks an experienced HR Director to lead their Bodmin site's People Agenda and foster a Great Place to Work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Third Level HR Qualification and at least 3-5 years of hands-on generalist HR experience, preferably in a food production/manufacturing or high-volume environment.

This is a full-time position with potential for hybrid working, offering a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, including benefits such as a Company Pension Scheme, Training and Development Opportunities, and Employee Discount Platform.
