About the Role

Bodhi Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Business/Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business/Technical Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical business solutions to our clients in the sustainability and ESG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand, scope, and document their business and technical requirements for a sustainability data platform and business intelligence tool.
  • Become an expert in sustainability tools, including IBM Envizi.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure delivery of the best solution for multiple clients, including user training and ongoing support.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end software implementation process.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodology to drive project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Business Analyst track record with technical development experience.
  • Project management experience on complex projects.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working as a technical business analyst with sustainability projects and knowledge of ESG data topics and sustainability regulation and compliance.
  • Experience with data mapping and consolidation.
  • Degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
