Job Title: Global Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing work transfer activity between our UK suppliers and suppliers based in Lower Cost Economies (LCE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management, Engineering, and other business functions to ensure full product/part manufacturing knowledge is transferred to the in-region team before the Work Transfer is launched.

• Support visits from LCE suppliers for business reviews, technical assessments, and other activities.

• Work with the in-region team to ensure supplier technical requirements reviews, production readiness, and first article flow plans are robust and in place to deliver projects in compliance with customer requirements.

• Support the improvement of supply chain processes throughout the business.

Requirements:

• Degree educated in Business Management or a related subject (ideally Supply Chain) or Engineering.

• CIPS or APICS qualified (preferred).

• Familiar with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Production Planning concepts.

• Proven experience in project management, detailing examples of full life cycle projects.
