**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team at Bluetree Recruits Ltd. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving the business relationship between our clients and key customers, delivering the company sales plan and ensuring agreed account targets are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop business plans to deliver the account strategy, working together with the Sales Manager, to consider business planning requirements.
  • Analyse account and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and control account investment and maximise return on investment.
  • Ensure agreed account targets are met. Present the company plans, goals & strategy and convey its brand values and market share ambitions.
  • Drive company brand awareness within the account.
  • Manage the relationship and interface for key accounts.

**Requirements**

  • Degree educated with between 1 to 2 years' account management experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate sales and handle accounts, organise/prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Deliver consistently a high-quality customer service.
  • Understanding of UK retail horizon and impact of consumer purchasing patterns.
