This permanent / established post comes with a competitive salary of **£55,000 - £62,000 per annum**, depending on experience. You will work closely with our Head of FM, Stephen Jones, and be allocated a budget appropriate to the task. Your positive mindset and track record of performance improvement in areas of maintenance and estate compliance will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

We value a leader who is a natural collaborator and communicator (including listener) with excellent stakeholder management skills and a customer-focussed approach. Your passion for sustainability and understanding of climate change and ecological concerns will enable you to manage the Estate in line with our sector-leading policies. You will also have an attention to detail with particular emphasis on Health & Safety, financial and contractual matters.
