Bournemouth University's Estates department has an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding Estate Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a very capable in-house team, managing multiple contracts and contractors, and contributing to the strategy formulation and implementation of our organisational strategy and Estate Development plans.
This permanent / established post comes with a competitive salary of **£55,000 - £62,000 per annum**, depending on experience. You will work closely with our Head of FM, Stephen Jones, and be allocated a budget appropriate to the task. Your positive mindset and track record of performance improvement in areas of maintenance and estate compliance will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Your passion for sustainability and understanding of climate change and ecological concerns will enable you to manage the Estate in line with our sector-leading policies.
