You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective lessons, developing lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and smooth transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver Business Studies lessons that meet the needs of students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate innovative teaching methods.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching Business Studies to secondary school children.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Business Studies curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
  • Passion for education and student support.

The salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
