Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our static sites in Chelmsford.

• Monday to Friday
• 5am - 8am
• 15 hours per week
• £11.44 per hour

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning environment is essential.
• IT literacy and proficiency with tablet and smartphone apps.
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dust, wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
• Sweep floors using brushes or dust control mops.
• Mop floors using wet or damp mops.
• Hoover carpeted areas.
• Empty waste bins and transport waste material to designated collection points.
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
• Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls and paper towels.
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
