As a Cabin Crew member at Jet2, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our customers onboard our aircraft. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the well-being of our passengers, and working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to maintain our award-winning reputation.

• Deliver high-quality customer care, including first aid and general passenger assistance
• Ensure the safety and security of our customers and colleagues on every flight
• Provide our famous friendly customer service, creating memories for our passengers and driving sales through exceptional service

We are seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding customer service and have the following skills and qualities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Awareness of the importance of safety at all times
• High level of attention to detail
• Motivation to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Compliance with health and safety regulations
