Role Summary

We Are Workforce Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist and Programmer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Dugaurd 3-axis milling machines to produce complex tooling to a high standard of quality and specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings to design and manufacture press tooling
  • Program and operate CNC milling machines to produce complex tooling
  • Plan and manage the output and efficiency of all 4 machines
  • Plan and manage people, shifts, and machines to support tight timing plans over 2 shifts

Requirements

  • Experience in CNC machining and programming
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
