Job Title: Band 5 Older Adults Inpatient Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Worcestershire. As a Band 5 Older Adults Inpatient Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.

About the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status.
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, such as counseling and behavioral therapies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a community recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
