Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Learning Strategy Lead to join our People Services Transformation team at First Bus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the successful implementation of the new HR and Payroll system. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all stakeholders are fully prepared to adopt the new ways of working across the UK and IE.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with change team to identify training needs on the new HR and Payroll platforms aligning with change impacts identified.
  • Develop training materials and resources for end-users.
  • Liaise with the vendor to develop training content for classroom and online training.
  • Conduct training sessions for different user groups.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a Training Lead in HRIS implementations, demonstrating proficiency in the deployment of HR systems.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with various learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
