Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Change Coordinator to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business change initiatives from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business change strategies, aligning with organisational objectives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs, developing solutions that meet these requirements.
  3. Manage budgets and costs, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters.
  4. Work closely with project managers and multiple workstreams, ensuring successful project delivery.
Salary and Benefits
  • $100,000 - $150,000 per year salary, plus 50% off gym membership and mental health support.
