You will have the freedom to create personalized solutions for your clients, setting up the basis for sustainable work relationships with our existing portfolio of clients, while canvassing new ones within your dedicated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver an outstanding customer experience and respond to each client's unique needs with an impeccable drive for results.
* Establish and maintain a strong relationship with clients while proactively and effectively presenting product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
* Become a reliable and efficient sales expert in order to constantly work toward our sales objectives.
* Collect market data and stay up-to-date on market development and competitors' evolution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in agriculture or a related field.
* Good knowledge of plant cultivation and basic knowledge of farm business management.
* Fluency in the local language of the country and good knowledge of country-specific sales.
* Willingness to travel locally or within Europe if required.
