We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our exceptional team at Peverel Court Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide an optimum level of direct administration and organisational support to the Stone House Nursing Home Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the management team, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient workflow.

• Conduct engaging tours of the home for prospective residents and families, highlighting key features and actively promoting vacant rooms to drive occupancy.

• Proven experience with IT programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to embrace new technology.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and confidence communicating with people at all levels while maintaining confidentiality when required.

• A strong service mindset and flexible can-do approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.

• Strong judgement and decision-making ability, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice.

Requirements:

• 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 17:00pm shifts.

• Energy, enthusiasm and confidence to take the initiative.
