">Job Description:
This role involves developing key renewable energy projects, serving as an advisor and ensuring the successful negotiation of lease agreements and site evaluations. You will represent property owners, promoting sites for renewable energy development opportunities and work with colleagues on existing client portfolios. To succeed in this position, you must build and maintain strong client relationships while conducting policy analysis, preparing reports, and identifying new opportunities within your professional network. Additionally, you may have the chance to participate in the valuation of renewable energy assets.

A comprehensive Business Management Programme is included in the provision of training, which is essential for your personal and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of the UK renewable energy sector, ideally with at least three years of relevant experience. Candidates in a related sector, such as Utilities and Infrastructure, will also be considered. A Chartered Surveyor qualification is not necessary, but would be beneficial. Proficiency in GIS and mapping tools, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders in the renewables sector or a closely related sector are essential. Experience creating Heads of Terms and liaising with legal professionals in relation to this is important. Familiarity with rural land management would be advantageous, as would experience in project management and liaising with technical specialists. This role will involve national travel, with occasional requirements for staying away. A full UK driving license is essential.
