Your role will involve building strong relationships with students, creating a positive and inclusive environment, and influencing their behavior. You will work closely with the school's staff to develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring that each student receives the best possible care and education.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in care or working with children with severe learning and physical difficulties. You will also need to have an up-to-date Moving and Handling certificate or be willing to complete the training upon registering.
