Career Growth Opportunities:

">

Our five-year Apprentice Development Programme (ADP) offers you the chance to grow into a well-rounded professional while accelerating your career growth from day one. As an apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to build your internal networks and deepen your understanding of Turner & Townsend and your service area.

You'll be enrolled in a higher-level apprenticeship, which will provide you with the knowledge and qualifications needed to advance your career within your technical discipline. You'll collaborate with trusted learning partners to deliver your apprenticeships, typically spending one day a week learning with them during term time.

During your apprenticeship, you'll gain valuable on-the-job learning experience, working on commissions to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to succeed in your programme. A structured development plan will introduce you to key business, technical, and commercial competencies, equipping you with the necessary tools to manage and monitor your personal and professional development.

You'll also benefit from technical and behavioral training, as well as the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with accredited professional bodies such as RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE, and CIOB (depending on your technical discipline).

Apprenticeship Areas:

">

We offer apprenticeships in three areas: Cost and Commercial Management, Project Management, and Project Controls. Each apprenticeship runs over four or five years and includes studying for a BSc or equivalent qualification. On successful completion, you'll qualify as a Chartered Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), become a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM), or join ACostE Association of Cost for ICostE (Incorporated Cost Engineer).

Requirements:

">
  • You must have the right to live and work in the UK and have lived in the European Economic Area (EEA) for the last three years.
  • Five GCSEs grades A*-C or at 4-9 (including Maths and English language).
  • Three A Levels at grade B or above, or equivalent e.g. BTEQ level 3 grades DDM.

Benefits:

">
  • Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
  • 25 Days annual leave.
  • Buy and Sell annual leave.
  • Pension.

Note that in some regional roles, being able to drive may be necessary due to the location of client offices. This is not a remote role, and you'll need to be willing and able to work in a Turner & Townsend office or a client site. Additionally, for Defence arena roles, you'll need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance once you've accepted an offer.
