We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Design Lead to join our dynamic team. The salary range for this position is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in circuit design, components, and PCB technology. Key areas of focus include EMC, Power Management, Servo Control, processor interfacing, and communications.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to review and analyse processes and practices within the department. Innovation and strategic thinking are highly valued in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance on electrical and electronics designs.
  • Lead and manage projects or teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and enhance technology within the business, applying subject matter expertise to R&D development activities or projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management, customers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong degree in a related discipline accredited by the IET.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of leading and/or supervising projects or people.
  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical and electronics designs.
