HGV Class One Tramper Driver Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HGV Class One Tramper Driver to join our team at Silver Arrow Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting plant machinery and commercial vehicles across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving a modern range of vehicles and low loader/transporter trailers
  • UK wide transportation of plant machinery and commercial vehicles
  • HGV Class One Tramper duties

Requirements:

  • HGV Class One Licence
  • In Date CPC & Digi
  • No more than 6 points, no IN, DD or DR penalty codes
  • HGV Experience Required: 2 Years
  • A good level of fitness

Benefits:

  • Perm OTE: £52,000 PA
  • Ongoing Agency Rate: £17.24ph* PAYE
  • Temp to perm available
  • Perm Benefits: Healthcare Scheme, Pension Scheme, Company Uniform, On site facilities, Variety of work, Upskilling & Progression available, 20 days holiday + bank holidays increasing every calendar year

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible start times
  • Weekend overtime available
  • 4 nights away from home per week

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience beneficial, though not essential, as full training will be given

*Based on a 10-hour day our £17.24ph pay is broken down by: Monday to Friday £13.45ph, Overtime after 8 Hours £15.13ph, Meal Allowance £5.00 per day, Night Out £26.20, Plus £20 per day bonus.

We also pay £16.25ph for any overtime worked on Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holiday this would be additional to the average breakdown.
