We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Financial Accounting to join our dynamic team at Elizabeth School of London Limited.

About the Role

As a key member of our academic team, you will contribute to the delivery of business programs with renowned university partners, including Foundation year and full-degree courses in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University, Bath Spa University, St Mary's University Twickenham London, and other partners.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning across a range of programs within a Higher Education setting, particularly Foundation year in Accounting/Finance. This will involve tutoring students, offering appropriate support to enable them to achieve their goals and progress to positive destinations.

You will also contribute to the production of module/unit-specific Scheme of Work, ensuring that all expectations of the Programme Specification of respective Awarding Bodies and Universities under which modules are being taught.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and assess students on a range of programs, including Foundation year and full-degree courses
  • Contribute to the development of module/unit-specific Scheme of Work
  • Ensure that all expectations of the Programme Specification are met
  • Produce module/unit reports
  • Contribute to the Business School's Research Department at the Holborn campus
Requirements

The successful applicant must demonstrate competence and experience in the subjects of statistics, ICT, accounting, finance, and economics. A Master's degree and/or a PhD in the relevant area is required.

Additionally, you will need to have teaching qualifications and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of teaching and learning in a Higher Education setting.
