We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus bonus, share options, and benefits. As a Business Development Manager at Sampl Technologies, you will be responsible for assisting in onboarding clients, staying informed about industry news to understand client pressures, understanding motivations to develop compelling business cases, introducing concepts to sell new ideas and overcome objections confidently, and managing pipeline opportunities from discovery to commitment.

Key skills required include:

  • Client insight to understand clients' business, market, and audience.
  • Skilled negotiation and deal management to navigate multi-stakeholder deals successfully.
  • Time management to understand the CPG industry and marketing strategies.
