Site Manager

Morrison Water Services is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team in South London and Guildford. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Health & Safety and Quality on all sites, ensuring construction work is carried out correctly, and ensuring compliance with industrial engineering codes of practice, company procedures, and relevant safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Health & Safety and Quality on all sites
- Lead by example with regards to SHEQ (PPE) to motivate teams
- Liaise with customers at site level and ensure all details are given to the Customer Liaison Manager for follow-up
- Report any hazards / near misses / accidents / incidents / utility damages directly to the Construction Manager
- Ensure all Direct and Sub-contractors teams follow Codes of Practice & adhere to NRSWA requirements
- Maintain and identify any training requirements with your permit, water hygiene card first aid etc.
- Manage mains replacement operations such as pipe insertion, pipe bursting, directional drilling and open cut, and customer connections
- Manage the mains replacement teams ensuring that quality and programme targets are met
- SMSTS Qualified
- NRWSA Supervisor
- Water Hygiene Temporary work Supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
