About the Role

FT Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Yard Worker to join our team. As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the yard and warehouse area, ensuring that materials are handled efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading materials from lorries
  • Operating warehouse management systems
  • Assisting in shipping and receiving processes
  • Performing regular inspections of equipment and tools
  • Building and assembling items as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment
  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting
  • Experience operating forklifts

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
