Trainee Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our Industrial sector team, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration duties, including weekly payroll for our temporary workforce
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates to meet our clients' needs
  • Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Servicing our current client base and reacting to their requirements efficiently
  • Expanding our temporary workforce and building relationships with our clients
  • Assisting with marketing and social media efforts to promote our services
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a confident manner
  • Ability to multitask and react to clients' needs in a timely manner
  • Fantastic communication skills to liaise with a range of clients and candidates
  • A desire to succeed and build a successful career with a growing company
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
