We are seeking a High Risk Case Manager to join our team at Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd. This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse and promote positive change in their lives.
About the Role:
As a High Risk Case Manager, you will be responsible for delivering intensive and targeted support to individuals whose victims have been identified as high risk or high harm. You will work closely with existing agencies to develop and implement co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plans that address the needs and risks of each perpetrator.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-to-one with high-risk perpetrators to address their needs and risks
- Develop and implement co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plans
- Collaborate with existing agencies to design effective support services
- Responsible for delivering outcomes and achieving behaviour change with each service user
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, criminology)
- Proven experience working with complex need service users
- Strong understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
