Executive Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a section in our kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a timely manner. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the quality and consistency of our food offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and present dishes in line with hotel and brand guidelines.
- Ensure dishes are well-presented, of high standard, and at the right temperature.
- Deliver dishes in good time to meet guests' expectations.
- Organise and supervise the work of commis chefs and apprentices in your section.
- Train and develop the skills of your team members.
- Lead your team with a positive attitude and create a good working atmosphere.
- Inform your team about cost optimisation and waste reduction.
- Track and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Contribute to meeting department targets by following procedures and internal audits.
- Help conduct inventories and manage equipment stocks.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following HACCP regulations.
- Respect safety guidelines for equipment and follow hotel security regulations.
As a member of our team, you will be working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs. Your shift will vary depending on business needs, and you will be required to work weekends. If you are not a UK citizen, you will need to provide proof of your right to work in the UK.
