  • Providing critical IT support for state-of-the-art systems installed in hospitals across the country.
  • Assisting users through the helpdesk, troubleshooting and resolving issues via the IT ticketing system.
  • Configuring software for operating theatre technologies and ensuring all systems run smoothly.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime for essential medical equipment.
  • Testing and integrating complex devices and components in hospital environments.

You will work closely with servers and network systems, ensuring seamless integration and support. Our training and support programs will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for IT and technology, with a keen interest in hardware and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to tackle technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools and networking fundamentals.
  • A Grade 4 in Maths and Grade 5 in English at GCSE level.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £16,000 per annum, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and your birthday off, company events, and exciting progression opportunities.
