Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a SEND Educational Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our dedicated staff to provide high-quality support to students with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEND, promoting independence and self-confidence
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEND

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEND education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. A salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance of this role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
