About the RoleThis full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with GPs and Nursing teams, providing exceptional levels of care to patients. The successful candidate will have the ability to utilise their primary care experience and prescribing qualification to make a real difference in this forward-thinking practice.
The role involves working on acute, on-the-day appointments and long-term conditions, with opportunities for career progression and professional development. As an autonomous practitioner, you will be supported by a visionary management team that encourages clinical growth and specialist interests.
This exciting opportunity also includes hybrid working, with 40% of the role worked from home, as well as a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
