Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding how macroeconomic factors impact inflation and borrowing, and building suitable machine learning solutions to predict outcomes. This includes ability to read scientific papers and communicate complex information to non-technical audiences. Additional responsibilities include:

* Bringing together financial, statistical, mathematical, machine-learning, and software engineering skills to consider multiple solutions, techniques, and algorithms.

* Building, training, and testing complex machine models, considering model valuation, model risk, governance, and ethics throughout.

* Productionising ethically sound models end-to-end and applying a software engineering and product development lens to complex business problems.

Requirements:

Experience deploying statistical machine learning models into a production environment. Extensive work experience in data analysis, including linear models, multivariate analysis, forecasting, Bayesian methods, classification, or time series analysis. Salary range: £70,000 - £110,000 + Bonus & Benefits.
