Project Lead

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead - Automotive Manufacturing to join our client's team in Manchester. As a key member of the programme delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the E2E delivery of complex programmes, introducing new software and technologies to market-leading products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Product Owner/Project Manager/Programme Manager related role, with a background in automotive, aerospace, defence, or manufacturing industries. They should be experienced in Agile methodologies and have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the E2E delivery of complex programmes.
- Develop and implement project plans.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Product Owner/Project Manager/Programme Manager related role.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary & Benefits**
This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to our excellent benefits package, including hybrid working, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
