Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join their team. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including kitchen and bathroom installations, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and minor brickwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Kitchen and bathroom installations, including rip-outs and replacements
  2. Carpentry tasks such as hanging doors, skirting, and stud walls
  3. Plumbing work including tap, toilet, and basin changes, as well as connecting pipework and fault finding
  4. Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
  5. Minor brickwork and sealing/silicone applications
  6. Snagging works and patch plastering
  7. Logging works via PDA and liaising with customers, clients, and staff
Requirements:
  1. Full UK driving license
  2. Carpentry or plumbing bias
  3. Core trade qualification advantageous but not essential
  4. 5+ years experience in a similar role
Working Hours:
  1. Monday to Friday
  2. 42.5 hours per week
  3. Lunch break
Job Type:

Full-time, permanent

£36,000.00 per year
