Key Responsibilities
  • Booking and managing complex travel itineraries using GDS systems such as Galileo
  • Providing tailored travel solutions to clients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience
  • Handling client inquiries, offering expert advice, and resolving any travel-related issues swiftly
  • Continuously updating your knowledge of fare structures, travel regulations, and destination information to offer the best service
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to exceed service levels and meet performance targets
Requirements
  • Previous 1 year working as a Business Travel Consultant at a TMC
  • Strong knowledge of Galileo GDS System
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to consistently hit targets
  • Experience of working in a target performance environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines fulfilling SLA Agreements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel – creating and maintaining documents
