We require a highly skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join our property team in Ilminster. As a Fee Earner, you will handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing cases from initial inception to completion, including sales and purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, new build work, and transfers of equity.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and an array of staff benefits.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a busy residential team and be able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
