Project Manager for Luxury Estate Revamp

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a luxury estate in Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction period, which is expected to last approximately 12 months, with an estimated value of £12m.



About the Project

The estate, a 35-acre Victorian mansion hotel and outbuildings, requires a comprehensive refurbishment. This includes the installation of new racquets courts, a swimming pool, and the re-sculpture of existing civils and landscaping. The project also involves the extension of an existing car park.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:





  • Easily accessible location, with a maximum 1-hour travel time by car from home

  • Driver's license for site mobility

  • Good command of the English language, both written and oral

  • Consistency of previous employment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector

  • Previous experience in refurbishing high-end projects within listed buildings

  • Previous civil works and landscaping experience is a bonus



Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:





  • Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as construction or project management

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team

  • Excellent communication and administrative skills

  • IT skills, including proficiency in bespoke construction software (Procore preferred)



The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
