As a Property Care Coordinator at WizeHire, Inc, you will play a critical role in maintaining our facilities and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, a strong understanding of equipment and techniques, and excellent communication skills.

This role involves performing routine maintenance on equipment, responding to emergency building repairs, and collaborating with front office staff to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are in working order, and that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, or three years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent work ethic, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • At least two years of maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • Availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits

$22-$24 per hour, plus benefits package.
