**Job Details:**
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to provide tailored support to individuals on the autism spectrum. This role will focus on creating person-centered care plans, promoting independence, and fostering social communication within a collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalised care and support through structured intervention plans.
- Promote independence and social inclusion through engaging activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and families to ensure effective support.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff and families to enhance understanding of autism.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in health, social care, or psychology (preferred).
