Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Co-Pack Department, ensuring that all service and cost targets are met
  • Oversee the construction and delivery of products to meet customer specifications
  • Maximize production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis
  • Manage the operation in line with the Quality Management System
  • Effectively use the onsite Warehouse Management systems
  • Provide capacity plans in line with customer forecasts
  • Ensure products meet agreed Quality standards
  • Plan labour to maximize production efficiency
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure production plan is met
  • Communicate plans with Customers and Site Operations

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to cover a variety of areas within the warehouse
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of on-site systems
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • PC literate in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Should demonstrate the drive and desire to progress
  • Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns
  • Ability to efficiently lead a team, delegate, supervise functions, and keep staff motivated
  • Should have good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and problem-solving skills
