Job Description:

We are seeking a Control and Instrumentation Technical Lead to join our team at BAE Systems. As a Control and Instrumentation Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading small software teams or technical specialists within a software team, and ensuring that all required configuration, release, and documentation activities have been produced in accordance with the relevant standards.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a degree in Software Engineering or a related field, and will have experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Agile development methodologies. You will be part of a multi-disciplined team that uses a variety of tools and programming languages to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead small software teams or technical specialists within a software team
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
