GSL Education - Plymouth is seeking a dedicated Educational Support Professional to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis at an SEND school in Okehampton.

The role involves providing tailored support to students with complex needs or EHCP pupils who are at risk of requiring residential placements.

We offer a high level of support, with bespoke timetables and one-to-one assistance tailored to each student's individual needs.

Bespoke Support Opportunities

Bespoke learning opportunities, both in and out of the classroom, are designed to engage students, foster resilience, and drive academic progress.

We have multiple locations, and we are looking for candidates willing to work with students from KS1 to KS4.

Responsibilities
  • Support students as an Educational Support Professional, offering personalised guidance tailored to their needs.
  • Assist students with academic activities, daily tasks, and interventions aimed at addressing behavioural challenges.
Requirements
  • UK driving licence and access to your own car.
  • Willingness to use your car for business purposes with the appropriate insurance.
  • Availability to start immediately on a full-time basis.
  • A commitment to student progress and wellbeing as an Educational Support Professional.
