Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver care that maintains dignity and individuality, ensuring residents feel valued and respected.
  • Take responsibility for the social needs of residents, promoting engagement and meaningful interactions.
