Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our client's flagship boutique in London. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales targets.

About the Role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service from start to finish.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance customer engagement, and drive store performance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service throughout the appointment process, fittings, and final collection.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team, setting clear sales targets, providing training, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with senior management to align store operations with the brand's vision and retail strategies.
- Manage inventory, including stock counts, replenishment, and end-of-season returns, ensuring optimal stock levels and store presentation.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation in the flagship boutique.

About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on both ready-to-wear and bespoke collections.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving store performance.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational tasks with long-term business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and current market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for luxury fashion, with alignment to the brand's values.

What We Offer:
