About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction & Property team in Reading. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for filling roles in the Construction market, working with some of our biggest clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, meeting with them multiple times per week to discuss new and existing opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed targets, accurately managing payment systems to ensure timely payment to candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
