Job Title: Water Regulations Inspector

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a skilled Water Regulations Inspector to join our team. As a Water Regulations Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations in the Thames Valley area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of domestic and non-domestic properties to ensure compliance with water regulations.
  • Audit approved plumbers to monitor their competency and customer care.
  • Conduct audits of RPZ valve installations.
  • Participate in high-risk investigations, such as water quality contamination cases.
  • Support notifications related to plumbing alterations under Regulation 5 of the Water Fittings Regulations.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Competent in using company IT systems and office software.
  • City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in the enforcement of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 (advantageous).
