In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades to our properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

About the Role

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades to our properties
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting relevant safety and quality regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used
Requirements
  • Timeserved qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
  • CSCS Card
  • Proven experience in social housing maintenance
