At Premier Group Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our well-established client working across the entertainment sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering data solutions, collaborating with the integration team, and working with the wider technology teams to ensure successful implementation and database solution development and data inquiry analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performing and scalable data warehouse solutions
  • Introduce alternative data storage solutions
  • Develop data and integration solutions
  • Work on data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data
  • Drive efficiency in an agile environment with best practices
  • Work on storing, processing, and enriching large data sets

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering data and integration solutions
  • Good knowledge of data modelling, database design, ETL, Azure (ADLS, ADF, ADB) and Microsoft BI Stack
  • Data integration skills
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualisation
  • Build enterprise data warehouse on Azure cloud platform and SQL servers
  • Any scripting language is beneficial (R, Java preferred)
  • Ability to communicate with key stakeholders
  • Someone who wants to continually upgrade their skillset

For the successful Data Engineer, you can expect a salary of up to £60,000 with hybrid working visiting our central Reading-based office 2 x per week.
