Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A rate of pay of £13.25 per hour for Monday to Friday work
  • A rate of pay of £15.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday work
  • An enhanced rate of pay of £15.00 per hour for Monday to Friday evening shifts (8pm-10pm)
  • An enhanced rate of pay of £17.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday evening shifts (8pm-10pm)
  • Paid travel time at the hourly rate (between visits)
  • Paid travel expenses
  • Double Time for Bank Holidays
  • Holiday pay on top
Job Description

As a Caregiver in Maidstone, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A caring and compassionate approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle (advantageous)
