Job Title: Junior Project Management Officer

At Onyx-Conseil, we are seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on application development
  • Prince 2, Agile, or PMP certification, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the educational sector on education projects
  • Knowledge of working with various applications and infrastructure
